There is no fee for a yard sale permit.
Please be sure to list the address of all properties that
will be participating in the yard sale.

Permit applications may be:

TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF
MAIDENCREEK TOWNSHIP

This announcement will hereby serve to notify the
residents of Maidencreek Township, Berks County,
that the Maidencreek Township Agricultural Security
Area is open for enrollment and modification.  
Maidencreek Township will accept applications for
the modification of the area beginning August 1,
2011 and ending August 31, 2011.  Any affected
Municipality and any landowner who owns land
within, adjacent or near the Agricultural Security
Area may propose changes to the area.  Such
modifications must be submitted to the Maidencreek
Township Supervisors at the Township Municipal
Office, 1 Quarry Road, Blandon, PA on or before
August 31, 2011 on approved forms which are
available at the Township office weekdays between
the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.  Upon expiration of the
aforementioned 30 day period, the Agricultural
Security Area and any proposed changes will be
submitted to the Maidencreek Township’s Planning
Commission and Agricultural Area Advisory
Committee for review.  Thereafter, a public hearing
will be held by the Township Supervisors to consider
each proposal, proposed modifications and
recommendations of the Planning Commission and
the Advisory Committee for the modification of the
Agricultural Security Area.
