employment as Ontelaunee Township consultant to set up their police department

      November 23, 2020 Held special meeting to authorize:

      1.  Hiring Wiliam Ronald Smeal as consultant to provide a manpower study and budget
for setting up Maidencreek Police Force. Cost $8,976.00
Authorize Solicitor to offer and hire mediator to resolve Commission differences
      3.  Authorize letter to be sent to R. Brian Horner in response to his request to be
Ontelaunee Township consultant that this is a conflict of interest
