PUBLIC NOTICE – SALE OF FLOOD DAMAGED SALVAGE TITLED UTILITY TRUCKS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the sale of two (2) flood damaged trucks with utility bodies and salvage titles will be received by the Maidencreek Township Authority (the MTA) until 10:00 AM, prevailing time on Monday, June 3, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened, tabulated and read aloud at the Maidencreek Township Municipal Building, One Quarry Road, Blandon, Pennsylvania.
The utility trucks are being sold As-Is/ Where Is with salvage titles. The vehicles will be sold separately. The vehicles consist of one (1) 2015 GMC 2500, VIN 1GD321CG3FZ501082 with 61,627 miles and will be sold without a snow plow, and, one (1) 2017 GMC 2500 with, 47,627 miles, VIN 1GD02REGXHZ185617, with a Fisher snow plow. Vehicles will be made available for inspection on May 20, 21 and 22 from 10:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m. at 81 Willow Creek Road, Reading PA, 19605. The Maidencreek Township Authority Board hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but the sale of the salvaged vehicles shall be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.
