Procedure For Vendors:
Drive down to the parking lot by the Pavilion to the Vendor Check-In Tent. There will be a sign. Set-up begins at 6:30 AM, No earlier and you must arrive prior to 7:30 AM for set-up.
Reservations:
No spaces will be numbered. You will show up the day of the event and spaces will be filled as vendors arrive according to the number of spaces reserved. If you would like to be next to someone, please arrive together in line so your spaces will be next to each other.
Trash:
Please Plan to Bring your own bags and remove all trash that you generate. There are some trash bins available at the park, and dumpster access will be available during the event. Vendors must put all trash, cardboard, etc. in the dumpster provided at the end of the event. You are not permitted to leave any of these items in your space. Complying with this will help keep the park clean and help us maintain stand holder costs.
Restroom:
Community Park Pavilion has restrooms available to the public.
