Maiden Creek Associates Conditional Use Documents

In March 2022, a developer (Maiden Creek Associates) submitted a Conditional Use Application and Land Development Application for a more than 900,000 square foot warehouse along the Route 222 Corridor in Maidencreek Township. After 15 hearings, many hours of review and research, and significant public discussion, the Township has finally concluded the hearing process that began in November 2022. That process now will end with a decision the Board may take on December 21st.
