Hello everyone!
We are excited to announce our Annual Earth Day Park Clean-Up on April 22, 2025, at 4pm!
We are looking for volunteers to help clean up trash & debris at our local parks.
Meeting Location: Maidencreek Township Building
What to Expect: We will meet at the Township building at 4pm, then head out to clean up each park, one by one. Last year, we completed the task under 3 hours, and we are aiming for the same success this year!
Join us for a fun, productive afternoon of giving back to the community & helping keep our parks beautiful! The more volunteers, the faster we can get it done!
Let’s make this Earth Day one to remember!

Volunteer Work
Interested in doing service for the community? Feel free to reach out to us at the office and let us know. We are always happy to receive inquiries about Eagle Scout projects, Gold Award projects, or any group who wants to make our township a little better.
Pavilion/Facility Rental
In order to rent out the pavilion, residents must first reach out to the Township to make sure the date in question is available. Pavilion rentals quickly fill up, especially in the summer months on the weekends. Make sure to plan out a date well in advance. After confirming the day is available, we will hold the time for you so you can turn in the application form and bring in the required payment. We must be in the office to accept the application and check.
